I’ve tried sensory-friendly clothes for my son who’s on the spectrum, and honestly, they helped a lot 
soft fabrics without tags or seams made a huge difference! He used to hate wearing certain shirts because they felt scratchy, but now he’s way more comfortable. It did take some trying different brands to find what he liked, but totally worth it!
